The 2022 World Gymnastics Championships will take place at M&S Bank Arena, Liverpool, from 29th October to 6th November.

The unchanged team of Alice Kinsella, Jessica Gadirova, Jennifer Gadirova, Ondine Achampong and Georgia-Mae Fenton will be hoping to be on the rostrum again, following their team silver in the Europeans!

Alice Kinsella has had an amazing last 18 months, medalling in the Olympics, Commonwealths and Europeans, as well as launching her very own branded home gymnastics equipment range!

Alice and the team are extremely excited and motivated to compete in front of a home crowd in the World Championships!

Alice said: “It’s an absolute honour to have been selected for this year’s World Championships especially with it being in Liverpool. This will be my 4th World Championships now so I’m massively excited about it. It’s going to be super special having that home crowd support. Having such a supportive crowd honestly helps so much as we saw for the Commonwealth Games, so I’m excited to have the opportunity to experience what the Liverpool crowd can bring. I’m really looking forward to showing the rest of the world what we can do.”

The men’s team is also unchanged from their team’s European gold medal in Munich. Like the Women’s team, the men are on an unbelievable medal streak and are aiming for an amazing third team gold medal.  Having won team Gold in both the Commonwealth Games and the European Championships.
